For a custom-made car.
When Shipside has received your firm order and required 25% deposit, the production/processing time for a custom-made vehicle with most Manufacturers is generally between 8 to 15 weeks. Note: Due to a shortage of electronic chips, there is a worldwide shortage of cars, which increases the delivery times.

For a none custom-made car:
For the person, to whom delivery on short notice is important, the Shipside advantage is second to none.

Upon receipt of your firm order and full payment, via its extensive network of suppliers Shipside may be able to obtain your vehicle within 5 to 7 working days.

Naturally Shipside will only operate within the guidelines indicated by you. After your confirmed approval we will claim the car at the respective Manufacturer/Supplier and have it ready for your personal pick up or prepare it for direct

E-mail the Shipside office, and give the following information ...

• Optional equipment
• Left hand- or Right hand drive
• Place of delivery (personal pick up)
• Date of delivery
• Vehicle's country of final importation
• Shipment destination (Country and Port)

... and, Shipside has a detailed price in your hands by return. After we receive your approval we follow up with sending you our order form. Return the signed order form together with the required 25% deposit and Shipside will place your order with the respective manufacturer/supplier without delay.

Deposit: Your order is guaranteed to be processed when the required 25% deposit is in Shipside's possession together with your signed Purchase Order.

Full payment must be in Shipside's possession no later than four (4) weeks prior to confirmed delivery date.

In the event of a quick delivery (less than 4 weeks). Full payment is required with your firm order and must be paid by certified check or bank transfer only.

Your order is guaranteed to be processed when the required 25% deposit is in Shipside's possession together with your signed Purchase Order.

Shipside's tax & duty free prices are set by the respective manufacturers and suppliers. All Manufacturers reserve the right to alter prices as well as equipment during their production cycle without prior notice. Naturally, when you take delivery from stock, and order plus full payment are arranged swiftly, no price increase or otherwise can affect your order in any way.

Shipside has transported and shipped thousands of vehicles worldwide. Roll-on-Roll-off, containerized, even by air, we arrange transportation to practically any destination in the world. Also overland-trailer transport can be arranged. We take care of all details and border crossing documents. We strongly recommend considering adequate (Marine) insurance during the transportation (Shipment). An average fee of 2% will cover you against serious damage.

Must you pay duty and/or tax...? Not necessarily! Depending on your personal 'status' (Emigrant, Employee of an Intern. Organization, Diplomat etc.) you may very well be exempt. Each Country has its Rules & Regulations which are frequently altered or adjusted! Be sure which Law, Rule or Regulation applies to you. Please get in touch with the proper (local) Authority and inquire what applies in your particular situation. When you are exempt from duty/taxes, documentation to that effect must be presented to the proper Authorities upon importation.
